i loved how family-friendly this place is. the staff were attentive from check in through meal times. they even brought a cushion for my toddler and a high chair for the little one every breakfast and dinner!!!

I experienced issues with the room cleaning. The floor was not properly cleaned . The apartment had a very squeaky bed, and it woke everyone up when someone turned over. Staff seemed inattentive.

The hotel location is excellent. Local restaurants and beaches are close. The onsite shop is amazing, showing a commitment to sustainability. The staff member there was friendly and offered interesting information. I felt no sales pressure. It created a relaxed, chilled atmosphere. I was charmed!!!
The shower was basic, yet the hotel seemed very strict regarding water. I only got one water bottle per day without paying a fee. This policy felt petty.

The staff were very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. That attitude made my vacation special. The staff always seemed ready to help with a smile. I really appreciated that attentiveness.

The gym area has appropriate equipment. The hotel also offered complementary activities, such as snorkeling and glass-bottom boat tours. The lush, tropical gardens provided privacy. That really was a bonus.

Breakfast included a buffet with lots of fresh options. Fruits, fresh veggie juices, and pancakes were available. I found delectable food. I really enjoyed all of it!!!
