Veranda Grand Baie Hotel & Spa, Grand-Baie

Our stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The staff were truly wonderful, going above and beyond to ensure our family vacation was memorable. However, the dining left much to be desired with limited options. The room we had was clean, though somewhat dated, and the pool area was nice but could use some enhancements. Overall, great value for the price, but be prepared for some quirks.

The hotel has a great location near the beach but unfortunately, the dining experience was lackluster, especially for vegetarians. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, the inconsistency in service and food quality made it a less enjoyable stay. I had a good time overall, but improvements are needed in the dining options.
